This outfitter offers wildernessBritish Columbia black bear hunts located in the heart of
the  "Kootenay Region"  of south eastern British Columbia. A large section of  their  600 square mile hunting territory is located in the "Purcell Wilderness, Conservancy".  All of
their hunting areas are true, pristine wilderness restricted to only*non-motorized access
and is protected from industrial and recreational development.



This is a professionally ran and locally owned business with 13 years of experience in guiding and hunting, and is dedicated to providing hunters, quality, safe, ethical and successful hunts.

Mountain Black Bear
Black bear is hunted during both spring and fall seasons. They spot and stalk hunt black bears on newly greened up avalanche slide chutes. Viewing 10 plus bears per day is not uncommon.  They have numerous color phases of  bear available including chocolate, cinnamon, blonde, and  black with white.  They only target mature boars in  the  6' plus
range.   Bear hunting success is near  100%. Combine your  spring bear hunt  with some trophy,  wild trout fishing for
even more fun!


Accommodations:
Accommodations consists of 3 log cabin camps and 6 remote wall tent spike camps.
Main Camp:
This “End of the Road” camp has a spacious cook cabin, bunk house, tack cabin and horse corral.
West Fork Camp:
This camp has a comfortable cook/bunk cabin, tack cabin and horse corral.
Hot Springs Camp:
As the name implies, this camp has a spacious cook cabin, cozy bunk house and tack cabin all within a short distance from a beautiful mountain hot springs; just right for soaking tired bones & celebrating that trophy hunt!


All  cabin camps include, running water, wood heat and  comfortable
bunks  with bath and shower fascilities.  Spike camps are equipped,
with wall tents that are heated with wood stoves.  Their spike camps
are stocked before  the season. This allows them to relocate guides
and  hunters very quickly from  the cabin camps to the spike camps
whenever conditions or game dictate a move.





Price includes 1x1 guiding (2x1 in brackets), meals, accommodations*, field trophy preparation, licence, tags,
tax, and non resident hunt fee.  Not included are gratuities, taxidermy, or meat cutting.
