“SPORT HUNTS”
These hunts may be done on private or public property
from Sept. through Mar. The gators are approximately
7 1/2 ft. in length. These are either day hunts with rifles,
or night hunts from airboats with either bow or harpoon.
These are one day hunts but can require a second day
if due to weather. They have the tags for these hunts;
this is not a draw type hunt.
These hunts are $1,850.00
“PUBLIC HUNTS”
From Aug. 15 thru Nov. 1 ( Reflects Law Change ). The
state of Florida will be conducting its public hunts. The
state will issue approximately 1500 trapper licenses in
a lottery drawing. Each trapper may have helpers called
agents. They will be able to list you as an agent for one
of their trappers who have been selected. The cost for a
non-resident to be a trapper is $1,000. The agent/lic. fee
is already included in your package price.
These hunts can only be done at night from airboats, with either harpoons or bows. This is the most exciting and challenging method of harvesting alligators. Hunters will see more than 100 alligators during the hunt. These are
one night hunts, but may require a second night if bad weather prevents a safe hunt the first night. Last year there
was a number of Trophy gators seen on these hunts. The average gator taken during these hunts will be 7 ½ feet
in length. You may harvest two alligators less than nine feet in length.
|
One hunter may hunt both gators for $2,500.00
Two hunters, one gator each, at a price of $1850.00. per hunter.
There are trophy fees for gators over 9 feet.
|
If you have your own tags please call for prices.
|
Due to the process and time constraints imposed by the state, all fees must be paid in advance for these hunts.
If they are not able to book your hunt as a result of too many requests, you will receive a full refund.

“TROPHY HUNTS”
Trophy hunts are done the year around. These are
three days or two nights. Alligators can be taken
with rifles (day hunt) bows or harpoons (night hunt).
They supply all needed equipment. Some hunts are
done from the shoreline and some are done out of airboats. ( All night hunts are done from airboats ).
There is no drawing for these tags. They have tags
in hand.
They do extensive scouting prior to each hunt from airboats, trucks, and even airplanes if needed. If for any reason
they are unable to bag the first gator, they always have others scouted out. When scouting they look for the largest
gator possible, not the minimum nine footers. Because of their advanced scouting, they have a 10 feet plus average
on their trophy trips.
These hunts are done on private lakes and canals. Make no mistake, these are not gators that have been trapped or farmed and released just before the hunt. These are 100 percent free ranging, tail slapping, and mouth snapping, boat biting, wild gators with an all around bad attitude. They have a worse attitude than your mother-in-law did the night she showed up at your bachelor party.
|
These hunts are $4500.00
Additional sport gators maybe take on any hunt for $400 each.
Trophy fees: 9-101/2 feet, $500.00 101/2-12 feet, $1,000.00 12 feet plus, $1,500.00
|
There are additional expenses for processing your hide and meat, $25.00 per foot, plus $100.00 if it is trophy skinned.
