This outfitter offers Saskatchewan black bear hunts in a wild and remote 300 plus square mile wilderness area in northeastern Saskatchewan, near Hudson Bay.
Hunters will be housed in heated bunkhouse-style cabins. Daily transportation to and from an abundant selection of
stands is by all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles or horse
drawn sleigh.
Their Spring Bear hunt runs the last week of May and first week of June.They only take 10 hunters each year. They
have good color phase with an 80% to 90% success rate. All bear stands are baited and most shots are under 100
yards. They welcome rifle, muzzle or bow hunters. Rifle hunters need to wear a complete outer suite of red, orange
or yellow with a red or orange cap. Archery hunters may dress in camo.
Saskatchewan black bear offer good quality and size, some weighing in excess of 500lbs. Their hunts will begin in
May and all their hunting areas are baited prior to your arrival. Approximately 30% of the bears will be a distinct color
other than black.
During the2008 season their hunters took two huge 550 pound plus bruins.

Licensing: Licensing is the hunter's responsibility. Upon arrival, prior to heading into camp, we will obtain the
necessary licenses . Non-Residence license for bear: $162.00 CAD
The cost of a bear hunt is $2500.00 plus 5% GST ($2,625.00). This cost is inclusive of the 5% GST tax.
A 50% deposit ($1,312.50) is required to book a hunt.
The balance of your bear hunt is due on March 1st of the year of your hunt.
