These Texas turkey hunts take place on two ranches located in Pearsall

and Junction, Texas that are either on or near the numerous creeks and

river bottoms that are located throughout the state. Their primary business

is whitetail deer management and hunting. As a result of the many years

of year-round feeding and deer habitat improvement practices, their turkeys have benefited tremendously and are abundant on the two ranches.

Texas is generous with their hunting seasons, bag limits, hunting methods, and choice of weapons thus ensuring even

a beginner a great chance at being successful. The combination of open terrain, use of feed decoy’s, and hunting on Sunday’s guarantees you an opportunity to harvest a Tom. For over 12 years they have been 150% success on their

hunts and have never had anyone who has not had an opportunity to shoot a Tom. No one offers a better hunt than that

They offer hunt different packages at each ranch.

Hunt Packages

Hunting is for 3 days and 2 nights, each hunter may harvest 2 Gobblers.

These hunts can be either guided or semi-guided, over feed and with

decoy’s if you'd prefer. 100% success is expected on at least 1 Tom.

The ranch in Rock Springs is a beautiful 12,000 acre ranch with a first class lodge

and airstrip. Amenities include a huge fireplace, bar, tv, phone and internet service.

This ranch has an outstanding population of Rio Grande turkeys as a result of an

11 year whitetail deer feed and habitat improvement program. Hunters who fly will

fly to San Antonio International airport, rent a vehicle and drive to the ranch.

Rock Springs Ranch $1250.00

These Texas trukey hunts are being done at a ranch located in Pearsall in Frio County, approximately 50 minutes from

San Antonio. Food, lodging - private bedroom with Direct TV, daily maid service. Amenities include heated pool and

jacuzzi, fishing on 5 lakes and ponds, skeet shooting, horseback riding, gym and trophy room with pool table, arcade games and 70" HDTV.

Texas Outfitter #2.....

These Texas turkey hunts take place on 8 ranches in Blanco, Gillespie, Kerr, Reel, Webb, Val Verde and Uvalde, Counties. All of these ranches have running water year round to optimize their turkey population. On some of these ranches flocks of over 100 birds are not uncommon. They will make the decision which ranch hunters will be hunting depending on the number of hunters in your group which ranch has had how much pressure and which area you would like to hunt.

Hunters can use a shotgun, muzzle loader or archery equipment on these hunts.

The outfitter himself or one of his guides will be on the ranch you are hunting at

all times and we can do the calling or you can. If you are looking for a place to accommodate a large group or if you need special lodging they can also make arrangements for this. A 50% deposit is required to book in advance. These hunt packages include exceptional lodging and meals.

This outfitter's Texas turkey hunts are done on two Private Ranches in

the Brackettville, Texas area that is 100 miles west of San Antonio and

32 miles to Mexico. These ranches all have wooded creek bottoms with

numerous roost sites. These ranches have large turkey populations due

to supplemental feeding, predator control, and a limited mature gobbler

only harvest. Travel while on the ranch is provided, as well as comfortable lodging and good food.

Spring Turkey Season March 31 - May 13

Hunts are a full 3 days;

Limit 2 longbeard gobblers ( 6” beard minimum )

Texas turkey hunts for Rio Grande turkeys on a 30,000 private acres that has a abundant population of turkeys residing on it.

There are two options for a hunt on this ranch.One is a 3 day turkey hunt with a 2 Tom and 1 hog limit, two on one guiding, with lodging and meals included.

The other option is a combination turkey/hog hunt that is a 3 day hunt

with a 2 Tom and 3 hog limit, with meals and lodging included. On the

turkey / hog combo hunt two on one guiding is for the turkey portion of

the hunt only, and the hog hunting will take place in a blind and will be unguided.
